MADE TO ORDER
Every Black Ram piece is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, so please allow time for your garment to be produced before dispatch.
UK DELIVERY
Most UK orders arrive in approximately 7–14 working days from the date of order. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee and can occasionally take longer during busy production periods or because of carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Black Ram ships to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service and will normally take longer than UK delivery. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order has been produced and dispatched.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These are set by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient unless collected at checkout.
DELAYS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we will investigate it with our fulfilment and delivery partners.
